A beaded lantern bag of the 1900’s echoed the handkerchief hem of teadance gowns. It floats at the wrist and folds perfectly flat.

This gown by famous French designer, Paul Poiret, was purchased in 2005 by Metropolitan Museum of Art and, along with other Poiret’s creations, formed the core of “Poiret: King of Fasion” exhibition.
The gown was restored from pieces by Silhouettes & Profiles.
These gorgeous silk and velvet gloves from collection of Mark Walsh and Leslie Chin are attributed to Elsa Schiaparelli.
