Slowly, signs of spring are beginning to appear. The snow is starting a softening, the days are longer, and some animals finally show their noses! At the Zoo sauvage of Saint-Félicien, spring is synonymous with many occasions. It’s the arrival of the prairie dogs and the black bears, the return to Canada of the Canada geese as well as the spectacular greenery that covers the entire area. While we think of all these spring wonders often, there is one event that is synonymous for spring at the Zoo: recruitment. That’s right! Every year, March is the time to start thinking about summer. All departments move into hiring mode to fill the many jobs available in the summer season.
